Navigators are responsible for connecting SEY with services, and serve as regional SEY experts for communities. Youth, educators, service providers, law enforcement, and community members are encouraged to call to consult about a case, get connected to SEY specific resources, or request trainings and assistance in developing a response/protocol. The East Metro includes Ramsey, Washington, Anoka, Dakota, Isanti, and Chisago Counties.
